Local Launch ("we", "us", "our") is a product of Lean Launch that provides lead-capture, SMS, and reputation systems for local service businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit local.leanlaunch.agency or sign up for our services.

• Contact info you provide: name, business name, email, phone, website, and details you submit through our onboarding form or booking calls.
• Billing info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, device/browser info, and ad-click IDs (e.g. UTM, fbclid) for attribution.
• Operational data: messages, call recordings, and CRM records created while we operate the service on your behalf.

• To provide, operate, and improve the service.
• To process payments and send service-related emails.
• To respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
• To measure ad performance and improve our marketing (including via Meta Pixel and similar tools).
• To comply with legal obligations.

When you become a client, we may send and receive SMS on your business's behalf and store call recordings used for quality and training. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing SMS. We do not sell SMS opt-in data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service:

• Stripe (payments)
• Supabase (hosting & database)
• GoHighLevel (CRM, SMS, email)
• Cal.com (scheduling)
• Google & Meta (analytics & ad measurement)

We do not sell your personal information.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or opt out of marketing communications, by emailing hello@leanlaunch.agency. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and EU/UK residents under GDPR.

We retain client data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, and row-level security on our database.

We use first- and third-party cookies for essential site function, analytics, and ad measurement. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
