Refund Policy

Local Launch is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time and you won't be billed for the following month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

We do not pro-rate or refund partial months once a billing period has started. If you're unhappy with the service, email hello@leanlaunch.agency within 7 days of a charge and we'll review your situation individually.

The $500 onboarding fee covers concrete setup work delivered in the first 5 days (CRM build, automation setup, integrations, templates, Google Business Profile optimization).

• Before setup begins: fully refundable on request.
• Once setup work begins: non-refundable, as the work has already been performed.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Almost every dispute is something we can resolve directly and faster than your bank can.
