Terms of Service

By subscribing to Local Launch ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Lean Launch ("we", "us").

Local Launch is sold as monthly subscriptions (Core, Pro, Max) with a one-time onboarding fee. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges. We do not pro-rate partial months.

The $500 onboarding fee covers setup work performed in days 1–5 and is non-refundable once setup begins (see Refund Policy).

• Provide accurate business information and reasonable access to the systems we need to launch (Google Business Profile, website, phone, etc.).
• Comply with all laws when using the Service, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local SMS / telemarketing regulations.
• Only contact people who have consented to be contacted by your business.

You may not use the Service to send spam, harass, defraud, or violate any third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party providers (Stripe, GoHighLevel, telecom carriers) whose outages are outside our control.

We work hard to drive results, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a number of leads, jobs, reviews, or revenue. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

You retain ownership of your business data and content. We retain ownership of our software, processes, templates, and know-how.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
